Enokhok Development Corporation Ltd. was established March 07, 1984 as a privately owned company based in Cambridge Bay, NWT.
Enokhok was established with numerous locally based shareholders to stimulate local employment and business opportunities.
Enokhok's first major project was the construction of the Helen Maksagak Center, (formerly Enokhok Center), commercial office complex in Cambridge Bay which was completed in 1986.
For the next 20 plus years, Enokhok went on to construct and own other commercial and residential properties throughout the NWT, (now Nunavut Territory), as well as owning and operating numerous retail, restaurant and construction divisions/companies.
